Who we are
We are the ToolBrewLab team — a small group of people who enjoy building small, useful things for the web. We create free everyday tools: simple calculators, planners and converters that solve real problems without fuss.
There are no personal profiles, photos or named authors here. We would rather the tools speak for themselves.
What we build
We publish free tools, organised into categories:
- Everyday Math & Converters — quick calculations and unit conversions for everyday numbers.
- Productivity & Time Tools — planners, trackers and time tools to help you plan your day and stay focused.
- Business & Freelance Tools — practical helpers for freelance capacity, stock levels, transcription time, project status and delivery stops.
- Education & Daily Life Tools — study helpers, date calculators and handy utilities for daily life.

How we build and test
Every tool starts with a real everyday problem — something we, or someone we know, actually needed to work out. We then build it as an instant browser tool: it loads straight away, there is nothing to install, and you never need to create an account.
Before a tool goes live, we test it live ourselves, working through real examples to check the results come out right. If a tool does not work properly, it does not get published.
Our tools run in your browser, and we do not ask you to sign up. Beyond the normal operation of the site, we do not collect your personal data through our tools.
What we do not do
- No paid tools — everything is free, with no premium tiers or hidden costs.
- No accounts — open a tool and use it; we never ask you to sign up.
- No professional advice — our tools give practical calculations and plans for everyday use. They are not a substitute for professional financial, medical, legal or other expert advice.
